The Tenugui cloth is a traditional multi-purpose cloth used in Japan for centuries. This stunning Tenugui features a modern take on the traditional Japanese chrysanthemum design. This oblong, linen-cotton blend piece is a versatile size and drapey fabric  that makes for a perfect scarf, but it's also great as a table runner, hand towel, or a beautiful wall hanging. Each one is individually hand dyed by Japanese artisans using the chu-sen hand-dye method, a special technique where the dye is absorbed into the fabric so you can see the patterns on both sides.
